Kvinnorna vid Tjursjön (Bull’s Lake) is the title of photographer Tuija Lindström’s most famous suite of black and white photographs picturing female nudes floating a dark Swedish lake which were juxtaposed with blood covered irons. The film continues to explore the dense atmosphere and highlights the stark contrast between the female bodies levitating in the murky waters.
