When a young girl returns to what seems to be her childhood home, memories relating to her father unfolds and dislocates time and space. We follow endless moments between a father and a daughter, where the memories that comes to mind echoes the lack of words. Only what is surrounding the silence is outspoken and remembered. However, who is remembering who?

About the artist
NICOLE NEWSHA KHADIVI (b.1998) is a Swedish-Iranian artist and filmmaker. She is currently studying the last year of her master’s in fine arts at the Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm and has previously studied for a year in the film class at the Staedelschule in Frankfurt am Main. She has exhibited at several institutions and locations in Sweden as well as internationally. She is currently working on a new fictional short film that takes place over half a day and revolves around a young boy and the absence of his father. The short film is produced by Sisyfos Productions and is planned to premiere in the latter part of 2024.
