Filmform (est. 1950) is dedicated to preservation, promotion and worldwide distribution of experimental film and video art. Constantly expanding, the distribution catalogue spans from 1924 to the present, including works by Sweden’s most prominent artists and filmmakers, available to rent for public screenings and exhibitions as well as for educational purposes.

Malin Pettersson Öberg is a visual artist working in a variety of media. Her narrative based-videos and installation works are grounded in a sincere curiosity and engagement with the surrounding world, through multi-disciplinary knowledge exchanges. This manifests in meditative and intimate works, where everyday encounters and research methods meet audiovisual and material exploration. Her in-depth investigations often address existential, social and political issues such as the complex urban planning process of the city of Stockholm or the aftermath of the global COVID-19 pandemic.
Malin Pettersson Öberg has taken part in numerous exhibitions and screenings in Sweden and abroad, most recently at SKF/Konstnärshuset (2024) and ArkDes – The Swedish National Centre for Architecture and Design (2018). She has published with Arvinius + Orfeus (2023) and OEI (2020), and she currently holds a teching position at Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm.
