The video follows the everyday activity in a office building in Stockholm. Shot in secret from a distance during dark hours, Lundin gathered material for several weeks that was later edited into a 27 minute continuous dolly shot; events happening simultaneously in the video may actually have no temporal concurrency at all and in truth be months apart. The result becomes a condensed reality in which time and space have been manipulated. Lundin is not particularly interested in the office workers doing the 9–5, rather, they represent all of us, turning our gaze inwards: How is it that we choose to live our lives?
