Schmeerguntz in the “Cooking Cleaning Caring” exhibition

"Cooking Cleaning Caring. Care Work in the Arts since 1960" Banner

Schmeerguntz by Gunvor Nelson & Dorothy Wiley will be a part of the looped screening in the exhibition called Cooking Cleaning Caring. Care Work in the Arts since 1960 at Josef Albers Museum in Bottrop Germany. The works presented engage with the social, economic and political significance as well as the visibility of a form of work that is mostly performed by women. The exhibition will be available to see between October 22nd 2023 – March 3rd 2024 and the programme will be curated by Tonia Andresen, Friederike Sigler and Linda Walther.
